Hi, my name is Arun, and I am an American born Indian.  I was raised in an Indian household, speaking mostly Hindi as a kid, but learning English in school and from my American friends.

I studied computer engineering at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, and graduated a couple of years ago.  Now, I am a freelance programmer.

I was always teaching my roomates basic Hindi so we could joke around, and decided it might be fun to create a site where I could teach people Hindi.  But, it was taking too much of my time, so I just looked at programs that are already created where you could learn to speak Hindi online.  With my upbringing, I think I can make an honest assessment if the program worked or not.  Out of all the programs I found, I liked Rocket Hindi the best, and you can read my review of it.  So enjoy the site!
